Pricing is variable depending on square footage. You will receive a PDF of floor plan and jpg to be added into Bright.  24 hour turnaround.  For 12 hour turnaround there is an add'l $15 charge.

PREMIUM iGUIDE 360 Walkthrough tours include detailed floor plans showing appliances and fixtures, room dimensions with advanced measurements and interactive VR functionality (glasses not provided) along with 360 images, slide show and more!  

Turnaround Monday-Friday 24 hours, Saturday 48 hours.

Add aerial photos to your virtual tour!

Gorgeous twilight photos are always a favorite. IMPORTANT If the photo is taken at time of your tour appointment, you will receive a $50 discount.

• Minimum order is 25/Ea
• 4-page available and other sizes available at additional costs (inquire within)
• Postcards / Just Listed / Just Sold / Mailings

Listed in the snow, or bad weather? We can reshoot the outside photos for you. Remodeled the rooms? Outside only photos?  Pricing varies from $75 and up.

We will photograph the surrounding amenities / shopping, etc. Price depends on how many areas are photographed.

Virtual Staging is offered, but the style of furniture must be decided ahead of time.

For homes / businesses up to 1,000 Square Feet 

(total square footage must include basement finished or unfinished) Photos only, no virtual tour. Up to 20 Images.

For​ homes / businesses 1,000 - 3,000 Square Feet - Up 

(total square footage MUST include basement finished or unfinished)

• An additional fee of $60 is added for each increment of 1,000 square feet above 3,000 square feet.
• There will be an extra fee for secondary quarters such as apartments above a garage, or additional in-law quarters built as an outbuilding on the property. Also garages/barns if photographs are needed on the inside and outside of them and additional acreage and outside photos.

We will drive a 30 mile radius around our home office of Millersville, after that there is an extra fee (inquire within).
